We are strictly following ‘social distancing’ practices. Social distancing means deliberately avoiding close contact to reduce virus transmission risk. This is how we’re doing that:
routine property inspections are suspended until further notice

all property viewings will be conducted on an appointment only basis and attendee numbers will be strictly limited
if we do see you face-to-face, please understand that we will be enforcing the recommended distance of 1.5 meters
property repairs and maintenance services will continue with strict social distancing rules in place
we have contractors in place to ensure we continue to meet any emergency maintenance requirements
